Korpsets uddannelsesstruktur
Styregruppen for Uddannelse og HR
Det er i Styregruppen for Uddannelse (SUD) at de overordnede linjer for uddannelserne lægges og det er ligeledes SUD der arbejder med at udvikle fremtidens uddannelsesforløb. SUD har både ansvaret for ungdoms- og voksenkurserne.
Uddannelsesleder
Det er uddannelseslederen der sammen med UddannelsesDrift (se beskrivelse herunder) fastsætter behovet for og godkender ungdomskurserne. Ligeledes er det uddannelseslederen der, i samarbejde med SUD, udvælger stabene til Gilwell-kurserne.
Står et kursus til at blive aflyst af forskellige årsager, er det kursuslederen i samarbejde uddannelseslederen der vurderer om det er muligt at gennemføre kurset eller om det skal aflyses.

Planlægge og afvikle uddannelsesweekender
Opbygge og understøtte netværk mellem instruktører og uddannelsesansvarlige
Sikre evaluering og indsamling af relevant materiale fra afholdte uddannelsesforløb

Vurdere behovet og fastsætte kursus- og uddannelsesudbuddet
Behandle ansøgninger om at afvikle kursus eller uddannelse
Undersøge behovet for nye uddannelsestilbud og igangsætte dem
UddannelsesPR
Producere og udsende samlet PR for uddannelsestilbud
Bistå kursusstabene med hjælp og redskaber til PR for de enkelte uddannelsestilbud
Distrikterne
I alle distrikter findes en DTU der har ansvaret for uddannelse i distriktets regi. DTU'erne har ofte stor indsigt i uddannelse, både på korps- og lokalt plan.
